After an amazing year, we are absolutely delighted to have been crowned winners of the Customer Care Award at the 2024 British Insurance Awards. The Insurance Times Awards – Insurer Claims Initiative of the Year – We were extremely happy to be described by the Insurance Times Awards to have, “an innovative digital claims program that streamlines the claims process and puts the policy holder at the centre of the process.” We have put a lot of time and effort into making our claims process as straightforward as possible for all our customers and vet practices, so it’s incredibly rewarding to be recognised for this award.
