Our innovative digital e-claims platform works with Vetsure accredited vets to make pet insurance claims much easier for our customers. If your vet isn’t part of the network, or doesn’t use our digital platform, then please follow the instructions below.
Ask your vet about our award winning e-claims system! At the discretion of your vet, claims can be processed digitally in as little as 24 hours.
Remember that customers of accredited practices benefit from guaranteed direct claims.
If your veterinary practice is not Vetsure accredited, or is but doesn’t yet offer e-Claims, then you should follow the steps below when you wish to make a claim.
We’re always happy to offer direct claims for non-accredited practices, but this is at their discretion.
You need to complete a Claim Form. You can simply download and print off a Claim Form below page OR you can call the Claims Team on freephone 0800 050 2022 (option 2) and they will send you one.
The named Policyholder (or another person they have authorised) must complete and sign the appropriate sections of the claim form as indicated.
Claim Form Hints & TipsYour Vet must complete and sign Section 2 of the claim form. Please ensure all sections are filled in as any omissions may delay the claim decision.
The form should then be returned to us with the relevant medical history and any invoices related to your pet’s treatment. Please post to:
