We are delighted to announce that Vetsure has been recognised as the ‘High Growth Business of the Year’ at the annual SME Hertfordshire Business Awards! 

The Vetsure team attended the awards ceremony last week, held at the beautiful Pendley Manor in Tring, where an evening of celebrations took place alongside other fantastic local businesses.  

The High Growth Business of the Year award recognises the progress we’ve made over the past 12 months – further developing our offering, consistently providing exceptional service to our customers, focusing on continued innovation, and supporting the success of the independent veterinary practices within our growing network. 

Increasing efficiencies through technology

By investing in our Vetsure Direct technology, we’ve empowered our partner vet practices with the ability to offer Direct Delivery of flea and worming treatments, reducing time-consuming admin for them and increasing convenience for pet owners. This helps our brilliant network of vets devote more time to what truly matters – caring for the pets in their community. 

We have also developed our E-claims system, helping streamline our claims process and save on lengthy paperwork. This means that most of our pet insurance claims are settled online, often in 24 hours or less! All of this, plus our team’s ongoing dedication to delighting our customers, has resulted in Vetsure retaining its position of top-rated pet insurer on Trustpilot, with a score of 4.9!  

Growing our network of partner vet practices 

We are so proud to work with over 900 vet clinics across the UK, from Penzance in Cornwall, all the way up to the Scottish Highlands. Through collaboration with this ever-growing network of vets, we can continue to provide high quality pet insurance to even more beloved pets.  

Bigger Vetsure team, bigger ‘home’ 

Not only has our network grown, but so has our team! We are so pleased to have welcomed many new faces recently. With a bigger team, came a bigger Hertfordshire base, and we were thrilled to move into our new HQ at the start of the year!
