Fareham Creek Veterinary Surgery became the first veterinary practice to open in the Fareham area when it was established in the late 1940s. The practice is independent and privately owned, not part of a corporate chain or group of practices and is one of the few remaining independent practices in the Fareham Borough.
All the staff at the practice are committed to providing a friendly, caring and professional service to their clients and their pets. There is a a choice of three vets to see, all of whom you can trust to do right by you and your pet.
They are an accredited General Practice under the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Practice Standards Scheme. As well, they are an RCVS registered Nurse Training Practice which enables them to train students to vet nurse qualification. The practice is very proud to have helped a large number of students achieve their dream of becoming vet nurses.
The practice provides a service 24 hours a day; 7 days a week. They are always happy to welcome new clients to the surgery.
This practice is Vetsure Accredited. Find out more about The Vetsure Network.
